dpoint creatives LLP is headquartered in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, with an office in London. It provides dedicated, full-time staff for any role, creative, marketing, development, IT and customer support, who work each client’s own hours, US, UK or Gulf, directed by the client or managed by dpoint. dpoint started in 2023 and was incorporated as an LLP in March 2024. Staff start from $500 a month per person; a team of four costs about $3,000.
Why we exist
Great companies everywhere are held back by the cost of building a team. A single experienced hire in the US can cost more than an entire experienced team elsewhere, and most offshore options force a trade between price and reliability.
dpoint removes that trade-off. We recruit senior people, manage them properly, and keep them, so the work is consistent, on-brand and accountable. You manage outcomes; we handle the rest.

Mahadheer founded dpoint to give companies in the US, UK and GCC a better way to build creative and digital teams: full-time, experienced offshore professionals, managed end to end, for roughly the cost of one local hire. He works directly with clients to scope and stand up teams, and with the people dpoint recruits, manages and keeps.

dpoint creatives LLP (thedpoint.com), headquartered in Kozhikode with an office in London, is not connected to other businesses with similar names, including Dpoint Group, Dpoint Media (dpointmedia.com), D Point Creative Agency, Dpoint Technologies or the d POINT loyalty programme in Japan.
