Content and SEO partners

White-label content, by best fit

Two content providers whose white-label terms we could confirm on their own sites. Verblio’s white-label portal is described in a 2024 post on its site, so confirm current terms with them.

A different model

A dedicated white-label team: dpoint

Every partner above sells output: requests, hours or words. dpoint provides people. Each person is a dedicated, full-time designer, writer or social media manager from India who works only for your agency, under your brand, inside your email, project tools and templates, on your agency’s hours. A designer, writer and social media manager cost $1,600 a month at junior level or $2,500 at mid level, all-in.

Every person signs an NDA and assigns IP to you before day one. An account lead manages quality, you trial people on real client work before committing, and if someone leaves or is not the right fit, the replacement is free. See how it works on the white-label team page, or dpoint for agencies.

Best for

Agencies with steady retainer work across design, writing and social who want the same people every day, live in their own tools, rather than a request queue.

Not the best fit for

Occasional overflow, or per-article content at volume. A subscription or a per-word platform is simpler for that.

Before you sign

The white-label buyer checklist

Ask every partner, including us, to answer these in writing.

Resale rights
Are you licensed in writing to resell every deliverable? Some partners include it in every plan; Kimp asks you to flag resale work so it is made from scratch.
No vendor branding
Files, reports, review portals and emails should carry your brand only. Check any link your client might click.
NDA
Will the partner, and every person on your account, sign one before seeing client material?
Source files and IP
Do you get layered source files, and when does IP pass to you: on delivery, on payment, or under separate paperwork?
Concurrency
How many requests run at once? Plans count active tasks, workstreams or hours, and the rest wait in a queue.
Revisions
Are they unlimited, and how quickly do they come back during your client’s review cycle?
Cancellation
Monthly or by the quarter? Is there a pause option, a money-back window or a free trial?
AI use
Does the partner use generative AI, and will it tell you where? Some client contracts require you to disclose it.
Who talks to the client
The partner should never contact your client unless you ask. Agree whether a portal, a call or nothing at all is client-facing.

Choosing between them

Start with what you resell most, and how often. Occasional design requests suit a subscription; when one function is busy every day, a dedicated person usually costs less per hour than a queue. See dedicated designer vs design subscription, design subscriptions with monthly pricing, or a designer, writer and social media manager under $3,000. For data handling, see security and compliance.

FAQ

White-label partner questions

What is a white-label design partner?

A provider that produces design you deliver to clients under your own agency brand, with the right to resell it and no partner name on files, reports or portals. Most work as subscriptions with a request queue; some, like dpoint, provide dedicated staff instead.

Which white-label design service is cheapest?

Of the published prices we checked on 2 October 2026, DigitalPolo’s Partner plan is lowest at $399 a month, with white-label and reseller rights, one active task at a time and 48-hour delivery.

Can I white-label content and SEO writing too?

Yes. The HOTH resells SEO articles, links and managed SEO with private-label reports, and Verblio sells per-word content with a client review portal under your brand. If you want a writer who works only for your agency, dpoint provides dedicated, full-time content writers from $500 a month, all-in.

Who owns the work a white-label partner produces?

Check each contract. Delesign states 100% copyright ownership, Design Shifu transfers IP on delivery, DigitalPolo’s Soulmate plan adds formal IP transfer paperwork, and Kimp says you retain rights to designs made during your paid subscription. At dpoint every person assigns IP to you before day one.

What does a dedicated white-label team from dpoint cost?

From $500 a seat a month, all-in, with no recruiting fee. A designer, writer and social media manager cost $1,600 a month at junior level or $2,500 at mid level, and a team of four is about $3,000.
