Who we are

dpoint creatives LLP (“dpoint”, “we”) runs thedpoint.com. We are headquartered in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, with an office in London. For anything about your data, email hello@thedpoint.com.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, the roles you need, your company’s location, how you heard about us and your message.
  • How you found us. With an enquiry we also receive the website that referred you (its domain name only), the page you first landed on and any campaign tags in that link. This is kept in your browser for the current session only and is sent to us only if you submit the form.
  • Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views and button clicks without cookies and without identifying you personally.
  • Security checks. To block spam we may check your IP address against a rate limit and use a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and run any engagement that follows (our legitimate interest, and steps taken at your request before a contract), to understand which pages and channels bring enquiries so we can improve the site (our legitimate interest), and to keep the form secure.

Who processes it for us

  • Vercel, which hosts this website and provides analytics.
  • Brevo, which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace, which hosts our email.
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile) and Upstash, when spam protection is enabled.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Some of these providers process data outside your country, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy. Email hello@thedpoint.com. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

We will update this page if how we handle data changes, and change the date at the top.
